Your Duties After a Loss:
1. Protect the property from further damage and save
any damaged parts and materials.
2. Act prudently as you would if you had no
insurance in force.
3. Call the police if a law has been broken.
4. Make a list of all damaged personal property,
including costs.
5. Give prompt notice to the insurance company or
agency.
To expedite claims service, most or our insurers offer 24 hour toll-free claims reporting, 7 days a week. If your insurer is not on the following list you may E-mail us, or fax (901) 753-4365 us at any time. You will be contacted and your claim will be reported to your company on the next business day.
